The Practice
The firm handles a broad range of civil defense matters, including:

General liability

Premises liability

Catastrophic injury

Transportation/auto liability

Commercial disputes

Multi-jurisdictional litigation

You'll manage cases from inception through resolution, including:

Depositions (plaintiffs, experts, corporate reps)

Dispositive motion practice

Discovery strategy

Mediations and settlement negotiations

Trial preparation

This is a hands-on litigation role - not just file monitoring.

What They're Looking For

5+ years of civil litigation experience

Defense background strongly preferred

Ability to independently manage an active caseload

Strong writing and deposition skills

South Carolina Bar admission

Multi-state experience is a plus, but not required.
