High Throughput Biology Senior Research Scientist

Senior Research Scientist role focused on high-throughput biology experimental design and execution for small molecule drug discovery. Responsibilities

• Design and perform technically demanding experiments for hit-finding and cellular assays
• Synthesize complex data into clear hypotheses and direct subsequent experimental strategy
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and develop improved experimental methodologies
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining alignment with research goals
• Contribute to patent applications and scientific publication preparation

Requirements

• Ph.D. in cellular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, or related field plus 2-5 years post-doctoral experience
• Or Master's degree in related discipline with 5+ years relevant employment experience
• Or Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 8+ years relevant employment experience
• Strong experimental design and execution capabilities for complex studies
• Broad knowledge of fundamental biology principles and relevant scientific literature
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced experimental methods and develop novel approaches
• Effective communication skills in technical writing and verbal presentations

Compensation: $119,600-$179,400 base
