Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and modifying materials to accommodate individual learning needs
- Support students with academic assignments and reinforce positive behavior interventions
- Provide one-on-one or small group support, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated
- Help with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision of students during group activities or transitions
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every student feels safe and encouraged to participate
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and needs
