Civil Litigation Attorney

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing legal team in downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience handling insurance defense and premises liability matters and be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution. Practice Areas Civil Litigation Insurance Defense Premises Liability Responsibilities Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense and premises liability cases Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal team members Maintain accurate case files and meet litigation deadlines Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and in good standing with the state bar Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience Experience in insurance defense and premises liability preferred Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $115,000–$130,000 depending on experience Benefits package may include health insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities Hybrid schedule may be considered after onboarding #J-18808-Ljbffr corviaconsulting
