Responsibilities Proficient with spreadsheets – updating and tracking spreadsheets for customers and for the sales department to provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly updates Attention to detail - verifying the accuracy of orders and quotes, general data entry Communicating with customers through various channels; email, portal, phone Understanding order process and parts for providing production status, coordinating special instructions, and managing customer requests Ability to perform professionally in situations when customers become upset because of late orders or the inability to get an order when they need it Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries and follow up, as needed Interact professionally with co-workers and management Learn and provide backup for Order Entry Relationships and Roles Maintains positive relationships with various departments. Maintains superior customer service. Requirements Job Specifications Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience Experience with MRP, ERP, and customer service requirements Analytical skills, Problem solving, conflict resolution Computer skills, manufacturing software, MS Office Verbal and Written Communication Attention to Detail Sense of urgency We are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
