Highlights Pay : $132,500.00 - $187,635.65 Annually Location : Bayside, NY Facility : NYU Grossman School of Medicine Department/Unit : Cardiology Schedule : Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Foster a culture embedded in NYULH's tripartite mission: to serve, to teach, and to discover. Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure excellence in quality, patient experience, and efficiency. Develop positive and productive relationships across disciplines to establish strategic partnerships. Collaborate with the nurse manager on interviews and ensure proper onboarding and evaluation of employees. Evaluate the performance and assess practice of designated personnel fairly and transparently. Serve as a role model and resource for staff, promoting professional growth and development. Monitor staff attendance and ensure appropriate staffing and skill mix. Provide direct patient care as needed to support clinical operations.
