Open Positions Production Technicians Cleaning Specialists Content Cleaning Technicians Shop/ Maintenance Technicians Construction/ Rebuild Technicians What You Bring A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability. Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them. A High School diploma/GED. Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required. IICRC certifications? Even better! A valid driver’s license and willingness for on‑call shifts. Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks. Schedule Full‑time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out‑of‑area work. Physical Demands Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
