Lockbox Operations / Document Imaging Associate- Night Shift

Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $18.31/hr W2 Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite 5 Days/Week Shift: ThursdayMonday, 9:15 PM 5:45 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received via U.S. mail, overnight mail, and local courier.
• Operate high-speed scanning and imaging equipment in a high-volume, continuous production environment.
• Ensure documents are scanned and imaged accurately according to department guidelines.
• Identify different workflows, document types, and retention requirements.
• Perform Match & Compare, HealthLogic Match & Compare, and Special HealthLogic Match & Compare as requested by the client.
• Perform routine machine/user maintenance.
• Extract documents from envelopes and prepare them for processing.
• Identify and handle exception transactions.
• Process cash handling, credit card payments, and foreign items as required.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while working under tight deadlines.
• Remain seated for prolonged periods while performing continuous production activities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Basic PC/computer knowledge.
• Ability to operate and perform routine maintenance on scanning/imaging machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to sit and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the required overnight ThursdayMonday schedule.
