New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant
Location: Indiana
Join a Growing Automotive Team!Are you motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed? We are seeking professional New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our growing dealership team. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding career, we provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.
At our dealership, we believe in rewarding hard work, creating opportunities for growth, and providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
What You'll Do:- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Follow up with customers through phone, email, and text communication
- Maintain knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory
- Utilize dealership CRM tools to track customer interactions
- Meet and exceed sales goals while providing outstanding customer service
- Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
