Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule

12hr Nights, 7p-7a, Every Other Weekend

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Active RN license in NH or compact state required
• BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
• Advanced Telemetry experience required
• Willing to accept local candidates (within 50 miles)
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner
• Experience with Cardizem and Insulin Drips

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor telemetry patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Document patient care and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• May float to psych annex and lower acuity settings as needed
