Staff Accountant

What Our Clients Typically Look For:
- 2–5 years of general accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with an ERP or accounting system
- Solid understanding of the month-end close and general ledger
- Someone whos hands-on, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
What These Roles Usually Involve:
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Supporting the month-end and year-end close
- Account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assisting with AP and AR as needed
- Maintaining general ledger records and supporting documentation
- Preparing recurring financial reports and schedules
- Assisting with audit requests and process improvements
- Partnering with teams across accounting, operations, and sales
