Location: Lehigh Valley, PA (Hybrid)

A global industry-leading manufacturing company is seeking a Contracts Legal Professional to join its Operations team. This highly visible, business facing role offers the opportunity to partner directly with multiple departments to negotiate commercial agreements, facilitate complex transactions, and improve contracting processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate paralegal or commercial contracts professional looking to move beyond traditional legal support into a strategic role with direct business impact.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements, and customer contracts.
Serve as the primary contracts resource for the Sales organization, partnering closely with Corporate Legal.
Negotiate standard contract terms with customers and escalate complex legal issues when appropriate.
Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to facilitate commercial transactions and drive deals to execution.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract intake, approvals, execution, renewals, and record management.
Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
Track contract status and key milestones using CLM and CRM systems.
Identify opportunities to improve contracting workflows and reduce contract turnaround times.
Support Legal Operations initiatives and other commercial contracting projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
3+ years of commercial contracts, corporate paralegal, legal operations, or contracts administration experience.
Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, contract negotiation, and risk identification.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is preferred.
