Black Diamond Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a well-established healthcare technology company.

We're looking for a true hunter who knows how to create pipeline, open new doors and win new business.

$85K Base | $175K OTE (No cap with many in this role going well over $200K)

Remote – U.S. but also (Utah candidates encouraged to apply)

What you'll do

• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Prospect through cold calling, email and targeted campaigns
• Develop relationships with healthcare billing service organizations
• Identify opportunities to introduce SaaS solutions to new partners
• Help onboard new partners and their clients
• Build long-term relationships with partner organizations
• Identify opportunities for additional growth within accounts
• Work closely with internal implementation, marketing and support teams

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience
• A proven hunter mentality and track record of success
• Experience generating your own pipeline
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Experience selling a consultative or complex SaaS solution
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A competitive, self-directed and coachable approach
• Someone who has an established and proven outbound sales process within a SaaS sales organization
• Proven SaaS sellers from companies like: Weave Communications, Qualtrics, Domo, Podium, BambooHR, Canopy, Dental Intelligence are encouraged to apply.

Healthcare experience is a major plus but not required , particularly:

• EHR / EMR
• Practice Management
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Medical Billing
• Healthcare SaaS
• Selling to medical billing companies, medical practices or healthcare service partners
• Adjacent industries like Dental software or SaaS technologies that support medical practices
