Housing Stability Case Manager & Advocate

Advance Pathways

Advance Pathways is seeking a Case Manager to provide guest-centered services for adults facing homelessness in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves conducting assessments, developing service plans, and coordinating resources for clients to achieve housing stability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong organizational and advocacy skills.
