General Ledger Accountant

To support a growing finance team, the full-time General Ledger Accountant will ensure the accuracy of accounting processes, manage prepaid expenses, and collaborate across departments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Record and reconcile prepaid expenses, ensuring proper amortization schedules are maintained Manage assigned GL transactions, including accruals and intercompany journal entries, while adhering to GAAP principles Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or corporate accounting Proficient in GAAP accounting principles and corporate month-end close processes Experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and propose solutions for accounting issues
