Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that foster healing and progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies, to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other allied health professionals, to enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health issues and make informed decisions about their treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions that focus on advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be serving a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and familial challenges. You will play an instrumental role in dismantling barriers to mental health services, guiding clients towards healing and improved emotional wellbeing.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work and a valid California LCSW license are essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
