What they are looking for in a candidate:

- Site leadership in a very technical, regulated fabrication/ assembly product environment

\n

- Aerospace/ Defense preferred

\n

- Multisite preferred (supports succession and growth planning)

\n

- A builder who seeks rapid growth, low bureaucracy environments

\n

- Embraces artificial intelligence (AI) tools and new technologies

\n

- Able to have DoD clearance. Ie a "US person"

\n

- Engineering degree; graduate technical / MBA preferred

\n
