Regional Director Of OperationsJETSET Pilates South Charlotte is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead presale, oversee studio operations, and drive membership growth across three new studios (Matthews Station, Waverly, and a third South Charlotte location) opening starting early Q1 2027.This role is structured in two phases. You start as General Manager of the first studio, running it from presale through grand opening and ramp-up, while a GM is hired for the second studio and you help guide that person. As the third studio launches, you step fully into the Regional Director of Operations role, overseeing all three GMs and studios. A new GM is then brought on to take over your original studio.This is not a passive management role. It is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong sales ability, marketing initiative, operational discipline, and community presence, with a defined path to overseeing a multi-studio market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute presale strategy to build foundational membership prior to openingCapture, nurture, and close incoming leadsDevelop partnerships with local wellness, retail, and community organizationsOrganize and execute community outreach events and on-the-mat pop-upsAchieve membership, revenue, and utilization targetsTrack and analyze KPIs, including sales conversion, retention, and revenueRecruit, hire, and onboard instructors and studio team membersBuild a positive, high-accountability team cultureProvide coaching, feedback, and performance managementEnsure staff understand expectations around service, energy, and professionalismLead by example in work ethic, urgency, and ownershipAs the role grows into Regional Director of Operations, coach and develop the GMs at each studio and hold them to consistent standards across the marketOversee daily studio operations, including scheduling, payroll, reporting, and inventoryMaintain brand standards and studio presentation at all timesBe present during peak class times to provide leadership and supportManage expenses and operate within budgetEnsure consistent communication regarding performance metricsBuild and maintain the standard operating procedures that keep quality consistent as the market grows to three studiosComplete JETSET instructor trainingTeach approximately 4 to 6 classes per month (or as needed)Be capable of stepping in to cover classes when necessaryMaintain understanding of programming and instructor performance standardsLead operational execution for each new studio opening in South Charlotte, from hiring and training to presales readiness and launch preparationSupport each studio through opening and stabilizationPartner directly with the owner, who sets the vision, while you make it happen on the groundKey Skills & AbilitiesSales Leadership: Proven ability to drive revenue and close membershipsCommunity Builder: Comfortable representing the brand and building local relationships in South Charlotte, or able to build that network quicklyBusiness Acumen: Strong understanding of KPIs and financial accountabilityOperational Discipline: Organized, systems-oriented, and detail-drivenSelf-starter: Thrives in a startup-style, ground-floor environmentPeople Leadership: Track record managing and developing GMs or other location-level leadersQualificationsExperience managing a fitness studio or club, ideally in a boutique environmentProven success in membership sales or revenue-driven rolesExperience with presale or new studio openings is strongly preferredMindBody experience is a strong plusWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during the presale and launch phaseCPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain)Desired TraitsCompetitive and performance-drivenStrong communicator with leadership presenceHigh-energy and hands-on mindsetComfortable taking ownership of resultsMature, experienced, and approachableA trusted, well-connected presence in the South Charlotte communityCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $75,000 to $85,000 annuallyBonus: presale bonus tied to hitting membership targets ahead of each studio's grand opening, plus an ongoing performance bonus tied to membership growth and retention (with a meaningful bonus once a studio crosses key thresholds)Hours: 40+ hours per week (extended during presale and launch phases)Growth Opportunity: Full step into the Regional Director of Operations role as the third studio launches, with oversight of all three South Charlotte studios and their GMsWhat Success Looks LikeThe Regional Director of Operations builds strong foundational membership during presale, establishes meaningful community partnerships, launches each studio with momentum, and drives consistent growth in revenue and utilization while maintaining a premium boutique experience.
