We're looking for a driven full-time AI Implementation Engineer in Memphis, TN who's up for a challenge and ready to thrive!

Each day looks different, but expect to:

• Actively use AI tools every day
• Build AI-powered workflows and systems that drive measurable ROI
• Automate repeatable processes and improve operational efficiency

Develop:

• Prompt libraries
• Repeatable AI workflows
• AI-assisted SOPs and automations
• Improve team speed, accuracy, and output
• Train and support team members with varying technical skill levels

You'll integrate AI across:

• Google Sheets / Excel
• CRM platforms
• Automation tools, including Zapier and Make

What You Need:

• Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT (prompt engineering, workflows, custom GPTs)
• Strong experience using Claude for long-form reasoning and document analysis
• Skilled with Perplexity or similar AI research tools
• Proven experience building prompt libraries, repeatable AI workflows, and AI-assisted SOPs
• Experience integrating AI with Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
• Ability to train non-technical team members on AI tools

Preferred qualifications include staying current with emerging AI platforms and having a strong understanding of when to use specific AI tools for specific outcomes.
