Front Desk Administrator Pathways to Life, Inc. | Charlotte, NC This is not a “sit quietly behind the desk” position. You are the first person members, families, and community partners see when they walk through the door. You set the tone for the office, keep communication moving, and help clinical teams stay organized throughout the day. At Pathways to Life, our Front Desk Administrator supports a behavioral health team serving children, adults, and families across the Charlotte community. On a typical day, you may greet a parent arriving for services, help a clinician coordinate schedules, answer time-sensitive calls, and organize documentation that keeps services running without delays. If you work well in a fast-moving environment and like being the person people rely on, this role will fit you well.
