OVERVIEW :

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished “Remote Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual and Monolingual Candidates).”

** TITLE: Remote Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual and Monolingual Candidates)

** LOCATION : Fully Remote (Must reside in one of these states – AZ, TX, UT, NV, ID ).

** DURATION : 6 Months Temp-to-Hire

** WORK SCHEDULE : Must be available Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM PST and willing to work evenings.

** EQUIPMENT: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work.

** TRAINING: 2-3 Weeks

** START DATE: Tue, July 07.

** PAY RATE:

• Bilingual Candidates: $16.50/hr.
• Monolingual Candidates: $16.00/hr.

** IMPORTANT:

• BILINGUAL FLUENCY IN ENGLISH & ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tag along, English, Spanish

BYOD REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must use their own equipment that meets the following specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher (Candidates using tablets, iPad, Chromebook, others or mobile hotspots will not be accepted).
• Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent
• Memory: 4 GB RAM required; 8 GB RAM preferred
• Storage: 64 GB required, 128 GB SSD or 256 GB preferred
• Internet Connection: RJ-45 connection for wired network, 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload
• Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB Gen 2 or newer port

NOTE:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

• Education: High school diploma or GED required, associate degree is preferred
• Call Center / Customer service experience.
• Bilingual: English and on o the following: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong.
