What You'll Be Doing As a Cook at SMOKE PUBLIC HOUSE, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality food our guests know and love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to our signature recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food is presented beautifully and consistently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Cook who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment.
- A passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
