Responsibilities- Quote, bind, and process new policy applications across [lines of business]
- Review existing accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate updates or additional lines
- Manage renewals, follow up on lapses, and keep client records current in [CRM/AMS system]
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and email regarding coverage, billing, and claims questions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to support long-term retention and referrals
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and state regulations
Join our team as a Licensed Insurance Agent, where you'll build lasting client relationships while helping individuals and businesses find the right coverage. You'll work across /personal lines / commercial / landlord & rental property / surplus lines guiding clients through their options and providing service they can rely on.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
