Remote Sales Setters and Closers
$6,000 - $7,000 per monthEnterprise Elite / Ready Property Leads
Enterprise Elite / Ready Property Leads is hiring full-time remote sales reps for multiple commission-based roles.
Open roles:
- Ready Property Leads warm lead sales rep: beginner-friendly warm lead/cart recovery. You call prospects who already showed interest, filled out info, or started checkout but did not complete billing.
- Enterprise Elite appointment setter: qualify prospects and book high-ticket closer calls for a $5,000-$8,000+ real estate wholesaling business-in-a-box offer.
- Enterprise Elite high-ticket closer: run consultative sales calls and close qualified prospects into the right package.
- Enterprise Elite DM setter/social setter: start and manage social conversations, qualify interest, and book calls.
Compensation:
- Commission-only, uncapped, performance-based.
- RPL warm lead reps: target OTE around $6,000-$7,000/month for consistent performers; earnings are not guaranteed.
- Enterprise Elite setters/DM setters: 5% on closed sales credited to your booked opportunities.
- Enterprise Elite closers: 10% on closed collected revenue.
What we are looking for:
- Full-time availability.
- Previous sales, appointment-setting, closing, real estate, online offer, phone, or prospecting experience preferred.
- Comfortable working commission-only with no base salary.
- Professional-level spoken and written English for U.S.-based phone, text, social, and CRM communication.
- Strong daily follow-up discipline and clean CRM notes.
- Reliable internet, laptop/computer, and a quiet work environment.
- Coachable, ethical, and able to follow a proven sales process.
