We're looking for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter who wants to take ownership of their business, build lasting client relationships, and earn based on the results they produce.

\n

About the Role

\n

\n

We're hiring a Senior Full Desk Recruiter with a proven history of generating business and closing placements.

\n

\n

This is a true full-desk recruiting role. You'll be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing your own book of business, sourcing and recruiting candidates, and successfully closing placements.

\n

\n

We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to generate $500,000+ in annual placement revenue through their own client relationships and recruiting efforts. Our average placement fee is over $50,000 per placement.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and comfortable owning the entire recruiting process, from opening a new account to collecting the placement fee.

What You'll Do

\n

• Business Development: Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships while growing your personal book of business.
\n
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and placements.
\n
• Account Management: Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, becoming a trusted recruiting partner.
\n
• Revenue Generation: Consistently produce placement revenue with a target of $400,000+ annually.
\n
• Candidate Development: Build and maintain relationships with high-quality candidates within your specialized market.
\n
• Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of your industry, including hiring trends, compensation, competitors, and talent availability.
\n
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage client expectations, negotiate offers, and successfully close placements.
\n
• Collaboration: Share market insights, best practices, and opportunities with the broader recruiting team.

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience in agency recruiting, ideally in a full-desk or 360 recruiting role.
\n
• Proven track record of generating $500,000+ in annual placement revenue .
\n
• Demonstrated success winning new clients and building a personal book of business.
\n
• Experience managing client relationships independently.
\n
• Strong recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
\n
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple clients, searches, and candidates simultaneously.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
\n
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to operate independently.
