Forklift Operator

Location: Mulberry, FL
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Mulberry, Florida. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, works well in an industrial environment, and can safely move materials while supporting daily production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and production materials
• Move materials to designated storage and work areas
• Inspect loads to ensure they are secure and properly positioned
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate material and inventory records as required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties when needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
