Director of Business Solutions

We are seeking a Director of Business Solutions to support a high-priority pitch initiative for a healthcare-focused client. This is an immediate-start opportunity, ideally beginning the week of June 1 , for a senior-level professional who can step in quickly and help lead strategic development through the end of July, with potential for extension.


This individual will play a key role in shaping pitch strategy, driving audience development, building media and measurement recommendations, and coordinating cross-functional inputs across internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, strategically minded, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.


Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP, ideally week of June 1
• Duration: Through end of July, with potential for extension
• Location: Remote ok; hybrid in NYC is also welcome
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Rate: $65-75/hr
• Type: W2 contract, benefits eligible


Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of integrated marketing solutions
• Develop a pitch strategy and materials for a healthcare-focused business opportunity
• Lead audience development and contribute to overall pitch strategy
• Build media strategy, measurement plans, and tactical/channel recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with digital, measurement, and internal leadership teams
• Project manage workflows across multiple departments to ensure deliverables stay on track
• Operate independently and help drive progress in a lean team environment


Qualifications

• Director- or VP-level experience in Integrated Business Solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with pitch strategy and audience development
• Proven ability to develop media strategy, measurement frameworks, and tactical recommendations
• Excellent cross-functional project management skills across multiple stakeholder groups
• Comfortable working autonomously without direct reports while coordinating diverse teams
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
