We are seeking motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking individuals skilled in-patient assessment and creative, effective treatment planning. Clinic Operations & Schedule: Clinic Hours: Typically, open from 7-8 AM to 8 PM. Scheduling: Therapists work a consistent, rotating schedule (e.g., 2 morning/3 evening shifts or vice versa) that does not change week-to-week once set. Shift Timings: Morning shifts: 7/8 AM - 3 PM Evening shifts: 12 PM - 8 PM Saturday Work: Saturdays may be required; this will be discussed during client interviews. All experience levels welcome, including new graduates (training provided). Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: NYS Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible). Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide care based on physician plans, agency policy, and professional standards. Instruct caregivers (family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides) on physical therapy techniques. Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, CPR. Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000.
