In this role, you will be an integral part of a healthcare team, providing essential pharmacy services to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. You will have the opportunity to advance your career from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist, with responsibilities that include managing specialized pharmacy-based clinics and developing high-quality clinical programs.

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
• Deliver direct patient care across a wide range of patient demographics
• Administer policies and procedures in alignment with the healthcare organization's mission
• Supervise and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants
• Ensure consistent service levels in accordance with healthcare policies
• Participate in rotational shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required
• Current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a U.S. State or Territory
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
