Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing associates to achieve operational excellence within a designated manufacturing area. This role provides day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to ensure employees are engaged, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement.The Production Supervisor drives performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, housekeeping, and policy compliance while fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. This position ensures adherence to BD quality systems, company policies, and all applicable local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations.
