Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations and step into a leadership role as needed
• Support recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing
• Motivate and guide store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals by clearly communicating objectives
• Promote exceptional customer service by coaching, training, and leading by example
• Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and visual displays
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
• Oversee the buying and selling of gently used clothing and accessories according to company standards
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts and uphold store security protocols

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates integrity
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to adapt priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform banking functions as needed during shifts
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
• Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Attention to detail for inspecting merchandise and maintaining store standards
