We’re hiring passionate, organized and service-minded individuals for all Long Beach CoffeeDrunk locations. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Barista – All Locations (Part-Time & Full-Time Available) Weekend availability required | 1 year of specialty coffee experience preferred At CoffeeDrunk, everyone is a barista. The barista is often the first person our customers interact with, making this role one of the most important in our company. From working the register, to pulling shots, preparing drinks and handing off orders, Baristas shape the entire customer experience. Working alongside Shift Supervisors and store leadership, every Barista is expected to uphold our standards, live our values, support their teammates and bring our brand to life through a welcoming, thoughtful experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers through connection. Recommend shop products to undecided customers. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently as they arise. Provide quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation. Work the register, pull shots, prepare and hand off drinks and food items to customers. Anticipate customer and store needs by monitoring for cues. Adhere to food safety procedures. Clean and maintain the store during downtime and as needed. Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of CoffeeDrunk. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example. Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating concerns to the Shift Supervisor. Qualifications: 1 year of specialty coffee experience preferred Strong communication skills Organized, calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Effectively resolves customer concerns and order discrepancies while remaining professional Successfully manages multiple responsibilities such as taking orders and preparing beverages and food while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Communicates clearly, builds positive relationships and contributes to a collaborative and supportive team environment Customer-first approach and the ability to provide excellent service Excellent attention to detail and consistent follow-through Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Compensation The compensation for this position is $16.50 per hour to start, with potential for an increase to $17.00 per hour after 90 days. This position is also eligible for tips. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Shift Supervisor – All Locations (Full-Time) Weekend availability required | 1–2 years of specialty coffee experience The Shift Supervisor is the on-the-floor team lead. You’ll delegate tasks, manage opening and closing routines, coach baristas in real time, and help maintain energy, pace, and consistency throughout service. Key Responsibilities: Lead your shift: delegate duties, coach peers, and keep service moving Reinforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards across the bar Help train and onboard new baristas Maintain calm and control during rushes, setting a positive tone for the team Organize daily prep, restock, and open/close responsibilities Offer customer-first service and problem-solving throughout your shift Qualifications: 1-2 years of specialty coffee experience required Confident communicator Organized, calm, and efficient in a fast-paced environment Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through Compensation The compensation for this position is $18.50 per hour to start, with potential for an increase to $19.00 per hour after 90 days.
