We are searching for a Project Coordinator for our Headoffice in Ashburn, VA Responsibilities Linking out reports on Smartsheet. Intercompany PO's. Review of WIP Reports with PM's. Staged payments approvals. Ordering loose sale items & spare parts kits. Maintaining ROSD Trackers. Updating trackers for Pull-in Push-out files. Backup logistics with delivery notes when required. Dashboard monthly reports. Transfer of info into new Portfolio. Measuring and reporting the project performances. Working in collaboration with the team members. Keeping updated with the compliance rules and regulations. Responding to incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients. Creating project plans and monitoring the progress of projects. Resolving issues related to the projects. Job Qualifications Requirements Business Management, or a related degree. 3 - 4 years of working experience in the Administration department as a Project Coordinator, or a similar role. Experience working with project management software such as Smartsheet. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Ability to multitask and handle multi projects simultaneously.
