IT Support Lead

Job Summary Join our team located in Houston, TX! We are looking for an IT Support Lead to assist with device management and throughout the device life cycles. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support team Be the point of contact for technical escalations Provide support where needed for both internal and external customers Onboard all new technical support team members Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and promptly Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement Qualifications College Degree preferred but not required; Business Administration or Technology Related fields preferred (completed college or technical trade courses beneficial) Interest and desire to learn audiovisual field and technology is highly encouraged Passionate about technology Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Energy, enthusiasm, tenacity and the ability to drive activity Goal oriented, competitive, ambitious, and persuasive Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Compensation & Benefits Job Type: Full‑time Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule & Location Shift: 8 hour shift Days: Monday to Friday Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Cigna
