• 8-hr shifts see avg 20 - 24 patients; 9-hr shifts avg 25 - 27 patients
• Walk-in slots included -- 4 per shift
• Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
• Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Age range: 6 months and up
