This is a full-time on-site Front Desk Receptionist role located in White Plains, NY. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering the phones, keeping call logs, filing, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Good Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (Law office or immigration law(
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Must be highly organized and excellent computer skills
