Serco is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Human Resources team—hybrid from Herndon, VA or remote from anywhere in the U.S. You will conduct RFP preparations, negotiate subcontracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance. This role requires US citizenship, a high school diploma with 5 years of experience, a degree in business administration or related field, and training in contract law, with knowledge of FAR/DFAR and government contracting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Serco
