Subcontract Administrator

To support large federally funded projects, the full-time remote Subcontract Administrator will manage subcontractor proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while maintaining accurate records and correspondence. Key responsibilities: Prepare and verify Request for Proposal forms and subcontract documents, ensuring all necessary data is included Negotiate terms with subcontractors and manage the execution and closeout of contracts Maintain accurate tracking records and provide reports and correspondence for project management and clients Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field US Citizenship Strong organizational and workflow skills Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Adaptability and a positive attitude towards change
