Maintenance Mechanic 6876209 4 days ago Job Description Job Details Experience: Manager Salary: $30 - $39 per hour Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain a wide range of machinery and systems, including: Palletizers, conveyors, row pushers, bottle rinsers, mixers, blenders, twisters, fillers, cappers, cap sorters, labelers, sealers, packers, elevators, pallet wrappers, case wrappers, seamers, Nitrogen systems, laser coders, video jet coders, and metal detectors Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems for emergency and preventative maintenance on machinery Support production lines, perform setups on fillers, cappers, and labelers. Perform overhauls and installations of new equipment. Rebuild motors and perform facility maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards. Complete assigned work orders and document maintenance activities. Repair and maintain Switches, photo eyes, sensors, proximity switches, drives, gearboxes, motors, bearings, rollers, belts, and conveyors Follow Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures rigorously. Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or packaging environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced settings. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with safety protocols and maintenance documentation.
