Junior Treasury Analyst

Junior Treasury AnalystThe Junior Treasury Analyst will support the treasury team and report to the VP of Treasury to ensure optimal cash management for the Group. You will help determine short-and-long-term cash and capital needs and prepare weekly and monthly presentations for senior leadership. The position will require a strong desire to learn and will also involve operations of the firm’s debt facilities and reconciling month-end balances. The individual will have the opportunity to partner with teams across the organization to ensure accurate inputs to Treasury models and to acquire relevant information for Treasury reporting to senior leaders.Responsibilities:Support all aspects of cash operations including administration of funds, monitoring/initiating transactions and cash positioningReview and resolve cash management issues in a timely manner and in accordance with internal policiesGenerate the daily/weekly/monthly cash forecast report(s), and variance explanations, for management reviewMonitor bank service fees and reporting to managementProcess all requests for outgoing payments (i.e., wires, ACH’s, and checks)Create/modify payment templates for approvalBack-up cash receipts/cash application function, as necessaryProvide support for audit requestsContribute to treasury projects related to bank account management and process improvementOther duties as assignedMonitor daily cash events and prepare daily cash position to review with the TreasurerAssist the Treasury team with the preparation of presentation materials as neededPartner with teams across the organization to ensure accurate inputs to treasury models and reportingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fieldExperience in Finance or direct Treasury preferredProficient in Microsoft ExcelDetail oriented, focused with attention to accuracy and a responsible team workerAbility to handle multiple tasks and take on additional responsibilitiesWillingness to growAbility to communicate and interact internally and externallyAbility to work in the office 5 days a weekEmployee Programs & Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefitsCommuter benefitsFlexible Spending AccountsHealth Saving Account401(k) plan with company matchShort- and long-term disabilityTuition reimbursementPaid time off for vacation, personal, and sick timeWe are an equal-opportunity employer.
