Customer Support Representative

Overview Consonus Pharmacy is a closed‑door long‑term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our team. Responsibilities Answer customers’ inquiries and account‑related questions. Research and assist customers in troubleshooting issues over the phone. Establish positive relationships with both internal and external customers. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring that security and confidentiality are maintained for all customers. Qualifications One year of experience in providing customer service skills. One year of pharmacy experience preferred but willing to train. Ability to multi‑task by answering multiple calls, navigating multiple computer applications, and finding information. Ability to work under pressure and in time‑sensitive situations.
