Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients' substance abuse and mental health histories, employing validated tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for each client.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your education, experience, and licensure.
