This position is designed for professionals seeking flexibility, as it offers a fully remote work setting. As part of our community health clinic team, you will leverage technology to connect with clients, perform assessments, and conduct therapy sessions. You'll collaborate with fellow professionals while enjoying a supportive culture that prioritizes work-life balance and provides a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a caseload of diverse clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professionalism.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and determine appropriate discharge timelines when necessary.

• Create, implement, and consistently monitor personalized treatment plans that are client-centered and goal-oriented.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance with clinical standards.

• Lead intake assessments to collect essential information for treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, tailoring approaches to suit each client’s specific needs.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to foster professional development and best practice sharing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to enhance the continuity and quality of care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adults, and families. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and developmental issues. The focus on outpatient care allows for flexibility in treatment while ensuring clients receive ongoing support tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
