Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking impactful work within school settings for the 2026/2027 academic year! Enjoy flexibility and variety with multiple positions—full-time and part-time—serving diverse caseloads in a collaborative educational environment. You may work with either elementary or middle school-aged students across multiple campuses, and hybrid work arrangements are open for the right candidates.

Available roles include:

• Full-time Middle School (caseload of 45–50 students across 2 schools)
• Full-time Elementary School (caseload of 50–55 students across 2 schools)
• Part-time Elementary School (caseload of 20 students)

Essential Qualifications:

• Current Kansas SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) highly preferred
• Experience in school-based settings, supporting K-8 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working on-site or in a hybrid capacity, as needed
• Ability to manage caseload effectively and tailor interventions to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document session notes, progress, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the educational success of each student
• Provide consultation and strategies to staff for classroom support
