Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists to make a significant difference in the academic and social success of students in the Emporia, KS area for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. Both full-time and part-time roles are offered with a chance to impact elementary and middle school students, serving diverse caseloads across multiple school sites. Hybrid arrangements are available, providing flexibility for in-person and virtual service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Kansas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly desired
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of 20-55 students, depending on the position selected (elementary or middle school)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs, progress monitor, and document services in compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations
• Leverage technology for service delivery and data collection (hybrid opportunity)
