You’ll play a crucial on-site role, offering dedicated one-on-one care for a student requiring G-Tube feeding and collaborating closely with school staff to deliver individualized education plan (IEP) services.

Qualifications:

• Current and active LVN license in California
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Documented experience with G-Tube feeding (required)
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, teachers, and families
• Previous experience supporting IEP services in a school environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily G-Tube feedings and monitor the student’s well-being throughout the school day
• Adhere to each student’s prescribed care plan and medical protocols
• Communicate important observations or changes in student health to the appropriate staff and guardians
• Maintain accurate records of care and assist with documentation for IEP meetings
• Collaborate with other professionals on campus to ensure a safe and inclusive environment
