Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM Tue: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM Wed: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM Thur: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM Fri: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, access control policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology‑focused location. Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols, helping to identify unauthorized items or unusual activity and reporting concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, screening areas, entry points, and perimeter, with work environments and conditions that may vary by location. Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or designated screening posts, verify credentials as directed, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors regarding site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
