• Inspect quality control record management, proficiency testing, training, inspection and accreditation for all ancillary testing sites throughout Womack Army Medical Center.
• Maintain quality assurance data, conduct trending analyses, identify critical episodes or events and reports such to the appropriate authority along with recommended actions.
• Identify training needs and assures that each individual performing test receives regular in-service training and education appropriate for the type of services performed.
• Determine data needed, designs data collection procedures, identifies parameters, determines acceptable ranges for each parameter and assesses the collected data for conformity to established criteria.
• Serve as the administrator for the Womack Army Medical Center Point of Care Program.
