Position overview
This entry-level role coordinates daily onsite experiences, shared spaces, visitor needs, and workplace services.

Work environment: This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

· Support visitors, employees, and onsite teams face to face

· Coordinate meeting spaces and routine service requests

· Assist with onsite events and activities

· Maintain clear communication across workplace functions

Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
