What You’ll Do: Establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination. Oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes for accurate, high‑performing designs. Mentor and train designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Work autonomously to solve complex challenges, propose process enhancements, and guide your team in delivering world‑class deliverables. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in BIM leadership and electrical design for advanced facilities. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM workflows. High school graduate or equivalent At least 10 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3D modeling / drafting At least 3 years of design experience with Revit and Navisworks At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Lead Proficiency in AutoCAD Ideally, you’ll also have: Knowledge and application of NEC and electrical design requirements Two‑year associate’s degree in relevant field At least 2 years of semiconductor experience Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
